Heidi Turner, MS, RDN/FoodLogic PLLC

The more I work with my patients and see how changing the diet changes them, the more I learn what a powerful role food plays in the body.  And the more I love my job.

I spent 12 years as the Medical Nutrition Therapist at the Seattle Arthritis Clinic at Northwest Hospital/University of Washington Medicine specializing in autoimmune and inflammatory conditions.  I recently left my position there to focus on my private practice.  I received my Master's degree in Nutrition Science from Bastyr University, the leading university in natural and alternative medicine, and was also trained in more traditional approaches at the Virgina Mason Medical Center in Seattle, WA.   Having both alternative and traditional training in nutrition has been critical in helping me understand the gap that must be bridged between the two perspectives.

About Heidi Turner, MS, RDN

First of all, I love my work.  I have been an Integrative Registered Dietitian in private practice for over 14 years and continue to find new ways to love what I do.   I see a broad range of very complex immune and chronic issues every day.  My specialty is helping my patients feel less pain and improve chronic symptoms through making changes in their daily practice.
