FoodLogic has moved!   As of November 1, 2008, the practice will be located at the Seattle Arthritis Clinic at the Northwest Outpatient Medical Center, 10330 Meridian Avenue N, Suite 250 in Seattle.

There is convenient paid parking in facility’s lot, as well as plenty of free street parking.

Directions to Northwest Outpatient Medical Center

From I-5 North:

Take the Northgate Exit.  Turn left at the light.  At next light, turn left onto Northgate Way.  Turn left on to Meridian Avenue N.    NWOMC is about 1/3 mile up on the left.  Address is 10330 Meridian Avenue N., Suite 250. 

From I-5 South:

Take the Northgate Exit.  Turn right onto Northgate Way.  Turn left onto Meridian Avenue N.    NWOMC is about 1/4 up on the left.  Address is 10330 Meridian Avenue N., Suite 250.
