Individual Sessions Initial Session (75 minutes): $135 Follow-up sessions (50 minutes): $ 90 Rates are discounted and only applicable if paid on date of service. If paid after date of service, initial sessions are $216, and follow-up sessions are $144. Insurance FoodLogic accepts Premera, Regence, Aetna, Cigna, Lifewise and First Choice insurance plans. As coverage for nutritionists varies between plans, please check with your insurance company for coverage details prior to making an appointment. Click here for more details. Information Form I ask that you come prepared to your session by either filling out the necessary paperwork in advance or arriving 15 minutes early to complete. Packages As identifying food sensitivities and making permanent lifestyle changes can be ongoing processes, a minimum of two or more sessions is recommended. Given this, you can save by purchasing multiple sessions in advance: 3 sessions (1 initial and 2 follow-ups): $295 (a $20 savings) 5 sessions (1 initial and 4 follow-ups): $450 (a $45 savings) 8 sessions (1 initial and 7 follow-ups): $695 (a $70 savings) Elimination Diet Package: $495 Weight Loss Package: $995 IBS Package: $595 All package fees are due on the first day of service. Insurance plans do not cover package rates.
Nutrition Education Classes (click here for details) Includes a 2-hour interactive presentation and take-home materials. Light refreshments included. Single person: $135 Two or more persons (max 4): $75 per person 5—12 persons (client provides location): $50 per person 13 or more (client provides location): $35 per person
Telephone and Email Consults Telephone consults are available for out-of-area clients and are just as effective and educational as an in-office session. Insurance companies will not cover phone consults, so individual session discounted rates apply (see above). Any long distance charges are at the client’s expense. Email consults are a great way to get your questions answered when a full session is too much. Simply email me your questions or concerns and I will provide a written response within 24 hours of your inquiry. Cost is $1.50 per minute (average email responses take anywhere from 5—10 minutes depending on the complexity and number of questions asked). If additional time is required, I will estimate and clear the time with the client prior to answering.

Weight Loss and Elimination Diet packages may require additional in-office sessions. Additional sessions provided beyond package terms will incur standard hourly fee. FoodLogic requires a 24 hour cancellation notice. Cancellations made on the day of appointment or no-shows will be billed the entire session fee. |
