It is my belief that weight loss is less about dieting and restricting calories, carbohydrates or fat grams — rather, it’s about achieving a sense of balance with one’s relationship with food. 

Together, we will explore that relationship and work towards creating changes that avoid restricting and focus on balancing.  Through this process, we will address your own barriers to weight loss, and create a new dietary baseline for yourself — one that has the potential to last a lifetime.

Weight Loss Package

For those interested in committing to a program, I offer a weight loss package designed to address your individual barriers to weight loss.  This is not a diet — it’s an opportunity to focus on your relationship with food, to engage in a weekly conversation that revolves around education, introspection and slowly incorporating changes.
