The first appointment will be arranged by a scheduling coordinator.

 - Referral source, if applicable

 - Preferred days of the week and times of day.  Office hours are Tuesdays through Thursdays from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm PT

 - Time zone and and phone number

Initial consultations cover past history, assessment of labs provided, dietary assessment, education and an actionable plan looking forward including recommended dietary changes, supplementation, labs (if necessary), and other practices necessary to meet your individual goals. 

Initial session fee

90-minute initial consultation fee:   US$450
